Refund policy

Return & Exchange Conditions

• • The product is eligible for return within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue with packaging, shipping, or a visible defect.
• • Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the product is in its original, sealed, and unused condition.
• • For manufacturing defects within 30 days, the product will be replaced through the authorized agent via us.

Refund Mechanism

If the return request is approved, the amount will be added to the agreed-upon refund method during the return registration.
